Racer Technology being a Design and Manufacturing company is certified to the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. It is also among the first to attain the ISO 13485:2003 (International Standard for Medical Devices) certification.
Racer’s quality assurance division is equipped with state of art measuring equipments capable of inspecting precision dimensioning of customer products assuring to specification.

Racer established its quality framework based on the concept of training, cost-of-quality, mistake-proofing, analysis of defect prevention and internal audit. All parts and its process are controlled with establishing Quality Inspection Plan and engaged advanced statistical process techniques such as APQP, Design & Process FMEA and others SPC tools like Process Capability Studies (Cp/Cpk), Control Charts (X-Rbar) and Pareto Chart.
In Racer, we believe Quality must design to ensure is manufacture capable and not relying on inspection (inspection is to ensure system is soundly in place).
